Stalls Assistant & Merchandise Manager

If you’re organised and a people person and looking to gain experience in stall/trader management at a large event, we would love to hear from you. Nozstock is looking for confident, friendly, proactive, volunteers to assist our stalls manager in looking after our stalls at the festival. Stalls cover a wide range of activities from food, to shopping, to therapy, workshops, and charities. A good customer service attitude is a must, plus the ability to deal with people from all walks of life as well as remaining calm and focused in times of pressure. A crucial part of your role will be building and maintaining relationships with traders old and new, making sure that load in of the stalls runs smoothly and being on hand during the festival to deal with queries, and urgent requests as and when required. Additionally to this, the assistant will be responsible for overseeing the sale of Nozstock’s official merchandise at the festival.
This is a great role to gain experience in event management and develop your people skills. You would be working as part of a small team and would be supported in your role.
As Nozstock is still a very grassroots event run by volunteers, pay cannot be guaranteed and will be pending financial success, but this is a great opportunity for experience.
